Our center serves children from infancy through school age.

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Lead Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and ready to become an important part of our children's everyday lives.

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered classroom environment.

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children of all ages.

  • Supervise children at all times while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

  • Build meaningful relationships with children and their families.

  • Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

  • Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with Pennsylvania childcare regulations.

  • Complete daily observations, documentation, and required classroom records.

  • Communicate professionally with parents and fellow staff members.

  • Mentor and support assistant teachers while working as part of a collaborative team.

  • Model patience, kindness, professionalism, and a positive attitude every day.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of childcare experience (paid or unpaid), with documented hours.

  • Must meet Pennsylvania Lead Teacher qualifications.

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with children from infancy through school age.

  • Must obtain or maintain all required Pennsylvania clearances and health requirements before employment.

Assistant Teacher

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our team. If you have a heart for children and want to make a difference in their lives every day, we'd love to meet you.

Position Summary

The Assistant Teacher works alongside the Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered learning environment for children from infancy through school age. This role supports daily classroom operations while helping children learn, grow, and build confidence through meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lead Teacher with planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities.

  • Supervise children at all times to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.

  • Build caring, positive relationships with children and their families.

  • Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

  • Assist with daily routines, including meals, diapering, toileting, naps, and transitions.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.

  • Encourage positive behavior through patience, kindness, and consistency.

  • Complete classroom documentation and assist with daily communication with families.

  • Follow Pennsylvania childcare regulations, licensing requirements, and center policies.

  • Work collaboratively with Lead Teachers and other staff to provide exceptional care and education.

  • Model professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude every day.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of childcare experience (paid or unpaid) with documented hours.

  • Must meet Pennsylvania childcare staff qualifications.

  • Experience working with children from infancy through school age.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.

  • Must obtain or maintain all required Pennsylvania clearances, health assessments, and training before employment.

  • Dependable, compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care.

  • Comfortable working in a private, Christian-based childcare environment.
